12. Meeting allowance and other facilities: (1) The meeting allowance and other facilities received by the members of the committee and the sub-committee formed in accordance with section 11 shall be as determined by the committee.
(2) The committee shall obtain the approval of the Ministry of Finance before determining the meeting allowance and other facilities as per sub-section (1).
